Continuum of Care at Home

As a member of Kendal at Home, you benefit from the Kendal philosophy that a continuum of care best serves the physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of older adults as they continue to age. Kendal at Home offers a lifecare plan to provide this continuum of care in your own home.  As your care needs change, the program will include elevated care services with the focus of keeping you in your own home.  If required, the program can arrange, provide and pay for an assisted living or nursing facility of your choice.
